Michigan is 42%!

Hi Mike,

You are right about Michigan having the 42% credit.  Members of the Illinois Production Alliance believe that a 30%/3 year credit is reasonable and is what our legislature will be likely to approve. That 30% credit at least makes us competitive.

There is actually some dissent among members of the Michigan legislature regarding their 42% credit.  They believe it is way too much and might actually hurt their bottomline.
